FAIR PLAY POLICY
It is
the policy of YOUNGSTARS ACADEMY to ensure that all participants,
volunteers, coaches and parents promote fair play at all times. Players
are encouraged to be “good sports” and to co-operate with and respect
their team-mates, coaches, officials and opponents at all times. The aim
is for the players to enjoy the game, improve their skills and have fun.

During Training -

training sessions by all means |

any undue pressure on player by verbal or body language |
After Training -

questions e.g. "what did you do and why?" |

give negative feedback |

If you
have a concern regarding performance or application of the player
please address it in question with the coach |

Be
supportive and preach work ethic and the importance of practice |
During Matches -
