Youngstars Academy is committed to developing quality opportunities for our members. In order to do this we will identify new opportunities and ways to progress and improve on current practices and procedures for the good of the Club and the members. 

The Development Policy aims to:

1. Ensure the future success and sustainability of the Club;

2. Increase membership and participation within the Club;

3. Create sustainable opportunities for competition at county level and further;

4. Increase awareness of sports development;

5. Ensure that the Club coaches, committee and volunteers consider development and moving the Club forward in all areas of the Club’s services;

6. Ensure that implementation of the policy is put into place via a Club Action Plan which is reviewed and monitored annually (minimum).

7. Attain Community Club Accreditation.
