Contact Numbers - A list of
contact numbers will be issued by the coach in charge of the
specific age group ( also on the website) and any queries should be
made in the first instance to the age group coach. |

Newsletters -
Regular newsletters giving relevant information will be produced
throughout the season and also posted on the website |

Parents'
Meetings - Will be arranged at certain times throughout the
season to give information to parents as a group. |
|
Valuables -
Youngstars Academy are not responsible for the loss of any items,
therefore, please ensure that no valuables are brought to training
or matches or to any events within the Youngstars Academy. |

Individual
Feedback - This may be given to players and parents on an
informal basis throughout the season by the coaching staff. If you
have a pressing problem or need feedback, please feel free to
arrange a suitable appointment as soon as possible to discuss with
the coach/es |

Support - For
the physical and mental development of young players, parents should
support us in educating the players on the need to be disciplined in
the balance between playing and resting. Sleep patterns, Nutritional
benefits, Hydration and many other aspects to support the players
within our academy are available to you. |

Attendance
Record - We will keep an attendance record per team and look
for maximum attendance unless notice is given for unavailability to
attend |
|
Functions/Sponsors
- We will fundraise throughout the season and plan to organise
annual trips to tournaments at home or abroad and arrange events and
fundraisers which we hope will be fully supported by family and
friends of our players. We are always seeking sponsorship from
businesses to maintain our standards and welcome any assistance
available to support the academy and ensure it's stability. |
